Here we are again. Wednesday evening.
Our last of four Statistics 207 exams will take place tomorrow afternoon. I'm beyond excited for it to be over with. Studying for it, however, is a different issue. I decided now would be a good time to update you all on this past weekend's excursion to Cambridge University :). Yet again, the city was cold and windy... Not quite as much as Oxford, though!
The area was gorgeous and historic and gorgeous and scholarly and ... Geez. I'm just surprised my camera's battery didn't cut out on me! A few of us got up a little earlier with intentions to see the Wren Library, but unfortunately the librarian was sick. We wandered around Cambridge until the rest of the group arrived and saw the River Cam (origin of the city's name...bet 'cha didn't know THAT!). We grabbed a cup of tea at the cutest cafe I've ever been in and proceeded on our historical tour of the university. I feel obligated to compare Cambridge to Oxford after seeing both, and honestly I can't pick. I liked Oxford the school, but Cambridge the city. They were just two different scenes (though still gorgeous).
I mean, I guess I would attend either one of them. If I just had to. Had to. No big deal...

I genuinely cannot believe we've been here four full weeks. Time has flown by. After this exam tomorrow, SPRING BREAK begins!! I'll be going to parts of Italy and Hungary with Liza, Sydney, and Heidi. I bought a hiking backpack in preparation for this, so you could say I'm outdoorsy now. (Not). Really, I don't know how I'm going to pack, but I know it's going to be fantastic and I can't wait to tell all about it. Also, interesting fact of the day--HOT WATER HAS ARRIVED AT LAST. The boiler for UT flats has been out for the past three days. I'll say that a warm shower has never been so refreshing.
Now that you're all grossed out, I'll go back to stats. One more day. One. More. --Cheerio!

You have entertained me so, Amanda. (:
